In our zeal to find that next great client, agencies so often forget the rules, cut corners, ignore experience or get sloppy. Yet some seem to do it so well. This survey includes the practices of agencies large and small so that we can compare what we are doing with others and maybe find some things we should be doing and shouldn’t.
